My utmost passion is helping people transform their relationships, careers & lives — from the inside out. A certified coach, I have over 15 years of corporate experience working for Fortune 500 companies, which I leverage in helping my clients identify in order to pursue their own professional, relationship, wellness and life goals — and their own individual vision of what “success” looks like. I'm also the host of Interrelate, a podcast where I have conversations with various experts about different aspects of relationships. I obtained my coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, has a B.A. in English, and a Master of Arts from the University of Maine, where I'm from. Having grown up and lived in Maine for the better part of her life, she recently moved back to the East Coast from San Francisco and now lives in NYC. I see clients in person and virtually.
Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? Early morning walks en route to East End Beach.
What's the most surprising thing about this city? All the unexpected connections you have with people you meet. It really is a big small town.
What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? The Tokyo Aburo at Pai Men Miyake or the vegan cake at Silly's (RIP).
Describe your perfect night—and the following morning—in Portland. Dinner at the bar at Fore Street bar, strolling around on a mid summer night, and then taking in some jazz at Blue.
Do you have a serendipity spot? Where do you always bump into good people? Tandem Bakery, which was just a stone's throw from my former apartment. I always return there whenever I'm in Portland, and I always ask for the rosemary plum scone.
