Why did you choose Portland? Born and raised here, never leaving... ever.

Who are Portlanders you admire and why? The everyday small business owners. We owned a small gallery for about 5 years and it was an amazing experience, but a hard one at the same time. It takes so much commitment to run your own gig.

What do you like to do with out-of-towners? EAT!

Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? First Friday Art Walks

What's the most surprising thing about this city? Its never-ending layers of creativity, quietly hidden in the nooks and crannies of the city.

What's the most under-appreciated place or thing in town? EMPTY SPACES! There are so many great spots that are just sitting empty. We should have events and shows in them as open houses to get them rented alongside a rad experience.

Describe your perfect night—and the following morning—in Portland. Art walkin', food talkin', and bloodies at the bar at Caiolas.
