Originally from North Carolina, I'm a photographer who loves to travel, eat, and explore. I moved to Maine in 2008 with my boyfriend, Michael, and our black lab, Orvis, and enjoy spending time outside with them, being near the water, and celebrating nearly everything with a bowl of ice cream. Together, we blog about our adventures on Map & Menu.
What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? There are too many to name just one - Lost Bread at Caiola's, Wine Time at Blue Spoon, a massage at The Body Architect, and pistachio gelato at Gorgeous Gelato.
Do you have a serendipity spot? Where do you always bump into good people? We pop into 2 Note Botanical Perfumery on Exchange Street quite a bit to visit our friends, Darcy & Carolyn, the shop owners. It always makes me smile when other mutual friends walk in the store to do the very same thing!
