I make pictures.
Job Photographer
Lives In Mill District (Biddeford)
I am a Portland based editorial and commercial photographer. For nearly two decades, I have been making pictures for everyone from national publications to my next door neighbor. During that time, I have clicked the shutter at 5,000 feet, deep in the Maine the woods, inches from a speeding car, looking over the Shanghai skyline, in the snow, the sun, and the rain. I love my job!
I have called the Pine Tree State home for most of my life, however, despite my best efforts I am not a true 'Mainer'. I was born in Hartford, Connecticut, the same city as the Colt revolver.
I have a passionate love affair with the outdoors and will do anything I can to indulge this tryst. I am an avid cyclist, runner, and will hike/climb anything that doesn't require an oxygen tank. I spend more time in my kitchen than any other room, I only read books I can't put down, and I have made a pact with my 2005 Nissan Xterra to rack up more miles on dirt than pavement.
Why did you choose Portland? No matter how far I travel, it's the only place that feels like home.
What do you like to do with out-of-towners? Breakfast: Hot Suppa Stroll down Commercial St to the Eastern Prom Trail Lunch: Micucci's Drinks: Sonny's Dinner: David's / Street & Co. / Fore Street More Drinks: Novare Res
What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? The famous Micucci's slab. There is no better piece of pizza in existence. It's the closest to heaven you'll ever be, culinarily speaking of course.
