I love art, science, design, and the outdoors. I have traveled all over the country many times and have found Portland to be one of the best communities around. I make things. I was the first in my family to graduate college and have completed a Masters in Architecture. I love my family. I cry when I see others try when it's hard. I spell poorly, but I'm working on it. I am a Mainer.

Why did you choose Portland? I fell in love with Portland while driving around lost without a license; I was 15.

Who are Portlanders you admire and why? Those who help their neighbors, of which there are too many to name.

What do you like to do with out-of-towners? Tell and listen to stories.

Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? Portland Trails

What's the most surprising thing about this city? The amount of creative individuals.

What's your favorite indulgence and where do you find it? That's a secret.

What's the most under-appreciated place or thing in town? Evergreen Cemetery
