I love art, science, design, and the outdoors. I have traveled all over the country many times and have found Portland to be one of the best communities around. I make things. I was the first in my family to graduate college and have completed a Masters in Architecture. I love my family. I cry when I see others try when it's hard. I spell poorly, but I'm working on it. I am a Mainer.
Why did you choose Portland? I fell in love with Portland while driving around lost without a license; I was 15.
Who are Portlanders you admire and why? Those who help their neighbors, of which there are too many to name.
What do you like to do with out-of-towners? Tell and listen to stories.

What's the most surprising thing about this city? The amount of creative individuals.
