There are things that haven't been done before. I'm picking them off one by one.

Job Artist

Lives In The Peninsula

Born in New York. Raised in the suburbs. BFA in New Media from Maine College of Art. Self-taught in programming, fashion design, electronics and orchid care. That last one didn't work out so well. Currently working as an artist assistant to Katarina Weslien and a designer/web developer for non-profit Art At Work.

Why did you choose Portland? I came for a BFA from the Maine College of Art. I stayed for the weather.

Where's your "happy place" on the peninsula? Yes Books.

What's the most surprising thing about this city? People come here on cruse ships. I don't really get it. What do they do? Walk Commercial Street and look for whales, meander through the Portland Museum of Art? I don't think they go to SPACE shows or bowl drunkenly at Bayside.
